Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking dependable and hardworking candidates for a Microfix and Sorting Operator position in Cache Valley. This position is responsible for handling, sorting, and processing butter products while operating industrial equipment and maintaining a clean and safe production environment.

Schedule:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Swing Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Grave Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Full-time, approximately 40-48 hours per week
• Multiple openings available across all shifts

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Stack, handle, and unbox butter boxes weighing up to 55 lbs.
• Move product using pallet jacks and carts
• Strip and sort butter boxes of various sizes and types
• Operate industrial machinery and continuously feed butter product into the machine
• Use cleaning chemicals while following all required PPE and safety procedures
• Clean work areas and remove cardboard, trash, and other materials from the production area
• Follow Lockout/Tagout and machine safety procedures
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Follow instructions and established production procedures

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to repeatedly lift and handle up to 55 lbs. throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for the duration of the shift
• Comfortable performing repetitive and physically demanding production work

Position Details:

This assignment is expected to last approximately 3-6 months , with a high likelihood of transitioning into a permanent position or other opportunities based on business needs, performance, attendance, and overall fit.
