AlphaBEST Education - David Douglas School DistrictReady to lead with purpose?AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs that are designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.As an AlphaBEST Site Director, you'll lead a meaningful before and after-school program that helps kids learn, grow, and thrive.We're looking for an early learning professional who:Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environmentFeels confident taking the lead and running a smooth programTakes pride in delivering a high-quality student and family experience Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closelyIs flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever neededIn this role, you will:Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentationOversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectationsBuild a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standardsMake child safety the top priority at all timesMaintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspectionsTrack and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirementsSupervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring training requirements are metRepresent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community eventsBuild strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student successM-F ***No weekends!***Here's what you'll need:Must have a Bachelor's degree (in a related field) or equivalent experience Must be at least 21 years oldAbility to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needsMust be able to successfully complete a background check as required by Oregon childcare licensing regulations (CBR #) Provide proof of experience as required by OR childcare licensing standardsWhy Join Us?This isn't just a job - it's your next step forward.At AlphaBEST, we believe in boosting your potential.
