If you're passionate about empowering teams and driving continuous improvement, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.As an HR Business Intelligence - Vice President in the Employee Experience team, you promote the development and delivery of advanced analytics solutions to support Human Resources and business strategies. You partner closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensure data governance and quality, and foster a culture of self-service analytics. You bring leadership experience, expertise in cloud-based business intelligence platforms, and a strong background in data visualization and integration.Job responsibilities include partnering with Human Resources and business leaders to understand requirements and deliver actionable workforce insights. You'll lead the development of self-service analytics capabilities, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance across all business intelligence solutions. You'll also manage and mentor a team of business intelligence professionals, integrating business intelligence tools with cloud data platforms, including Databricks, to optimize analytics delivery.Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field, 7 years of experience in a Business Intelligence role within a large, complex organization, 2 years of direct team leadership experience, experience delivering Business Intelligence solutions in cloud environments, experience building Business Intelligence solutions using Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, or Sigma, knowledge of data visualization, dashboard design, and self-service analytics, and strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills. Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions is also required.Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a relevant field, knowledge of Human Resources data and analytics in a multinational organization, experience partnering with Human Resources and business leaders to deliver workforce insights, experience integrating Business Intelligence tools with cloud data platforms, especially Databricks, and experience with Talent Acquisition data analytics, including pipeline and funnel metrics and hiring manager and recruiter performance reporting.
