Job Description:

• A Skills Gap Analysis Analyst will help lead the process of conducting a Skills Gap Analysis for a federal client.
• Activities include project management, identifying high level requirements, conducting interviews with stakeholders, researching industry best practices, proposing strategic recommendations, and developing recommendations and presentations to present progress to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years in conducting Skills Gap Analyses
• 2+ years of client facing federal consulting experience
• 2-5 years Talent Management/human capital experience
• 2-5 years experience working with cross functional teams, experience developing high-quality deliverables (PowerPoints, reports, Excel documents) strong critical thinking and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Department of State experience preferred

Soft Skills/Personality Type:

• Self-starting, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
• Frequently interact with clients and stakeholders through interviews, discussions, and working group/committee meetings.
• Expected to draft high-quality deliverables ranging from meeting minutes through strategic recommendations reports.
