Talent Acquisition Specialist

ESPO CorporationPosition Summary: This role will support the hiring teams with front desk coverage, assisting applicants with completing applications, assisting hires with completing onboarding documents, building positive relationships with potential employees, assisting with completion of I-9s and dispatching, assisting with expediting the on-boarding process, and supporting recruiters as needed. They will partner with Talent Acquisitions Recruiters and Coordinators to assist with developing strategies to support the team's current and upcoming needs. Position Responsibilities:Oversee front desk responsibilities to include answering and directing calls, assisting applicants and hires with completion of documents in ATS system.Assist both teams with onboarding needs.Screen call in candidates to ensure qualifications for open positions.Maintain pools by departments and geographic region.Schedule individuals for processing and orientation.Update Applicant Tracking System in real time with candidate information and interactions.Assisting with NCCER and craft testing.Attend job fairs and other industry events.Other duties as assigned.Essential Skills, Knowledge, Abilities and Experience:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Good customer service demeanorDetail orientatedFlexible and able to deal with changing priorities.Ability to multitask concurrent tasks.Meet deadlines under time constraints.Strong computer skills and demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office and Google DocsHigh School diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of customer service or HR administrative experiencePreferred Qualifications:Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.PHR or SHRM-CPKnowledge of employment laws/complianceExperience in: Administration, Customer Service, Human Resources, Industrial Construction and/or Nuclear IndustriesESPO has a comprehensive benefits package which includes PTO, Group Health and Dental Insurance, and 401k after you have satisfied the necessary waiting periods.
