Applications Analyst II

To support the Digital Applications department, the full-time salaried Applications Analyst II will manage the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions while providing application support and leading small to medium-sized projects in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop a detailed understanding of application functionality and collaborate with end users to define requirements Build and configure systems to meet requirements, execute testing, and resolve issues while providing excellent customer service Lead small to medium-sized complex projects and participate in after-hours on-call support as needed Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent with eight years of relevant experience, or an Associate degree with six years, or a Bachelor's degree with four years of relevant experience in IT or related fields Experience in supporting applications within a healthcare environment Proficiency in technical and analytical skills for tailoring systems to meet specific requirements Ability to develop test scenarios and execute testing while identifying and resolving issues Experience in leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors
