Schedule: 2nd shift Weekdays: 3 PM - Midnight, Monday through Thursday

What You'll Do:

As an Adult Family Home (AFH) Caregiver , your role will be hands-on and incredibly rewarding! You'll be there to:

• Empower Residents : Help residents develop skills in independent living, personal care, and community integration.
• Be a Positive Role Model : Teach essential life skills such as cooking, socializing, and problem-solving, all while fostering a fun and supportive atmosphere.
• Participate in Fun Activities : Go on exciting community outings, cook meals together, and make sure everyone is engaged and having a good time!
• Provide Compassionate Care : Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, and meal assistance.
• Use Your Crisis Management Skills : Apply the techniques you learn in training to manage challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.

What We're Looking For:

• No Experience? No Problem! Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus, but we will train the right candidate -you just need a positive attitude and a passion for helping others!
• A Valid Driver's License - You'll be transporting residents to activities and outings.
