• License/Certs: NBCRNA Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NO FNP, PNP)
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years as NNP (excluding RN experience)

What You'll Do

• Provide direct neonatal intensive care to patients in a Level III NICU environment
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists on patient care plans
• Assist with newborn nursery coverage during shifts
• Support patient assessments, treatments, and procedures
• Document clinical activities accurately and timely
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Contribute to a compassionate, family-centered care environment

What You Need

• Valid NBCRNA Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
• 2+ years of NICU experience as an NNP
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced hospital setting
