Clinic Details:

Our outpatient physical therapy center in Belmont, CA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist who is motivated, proactive, and eager to grow through mentorship and continuous learning. You’ll join a young, energetic, and highly collaborative team that prides itself on a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

Conveniently located just off the 101 freeway and steps from the Caltrain station, our clinic sees a diverse caseload including orthopedics, vestibular, neuro, sports medicine, TMJ, and more.

We offer 1:1 mentorship for new graduates and a dynamic setting that encourages both clinical and professional growth.

Compensation:

• Salary starting at $100,000 up to $120,000 (Commensurate with experience)
• Up to $20,000 Sign On Bonus
• $350/Monthly Student Debt Repayment Program

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school 
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
