Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Wilson, NC. The Project Manager will oversee signage projects from initial planning through completion, coordinating timelines, resources, and communication with clients, general contractors, and internal teams. Daily responsibilities include tracking project milestones, managing budgets and schedules, monitoring production and installation activities, and resolving issues that may affect quality or deadlines. The role also involves reviewing specifications, ensuring ADA and other regulatory compliance, organizing logistics for deliveries and installations, and preparing progress reports to keep stakeholders informed. Qualifications Candidates should possess project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. Candidates should possess expeditor and expediting skills to move materials, approvals, and tasks efficiently through each project phase. Candidates should possess inspection skills to verify signage quality, ADA compliance, and adherence to project specifications. Candidates should possess logistics management skills to coordinate shipping, delivery, and installation activities. Experience in construction, signage, or related industries is beneficial. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities are required. Proficiency with project management software and basic office applications is preferred.
