Supervisory Program Analyst
The incumbent performs a combination of program analysis and process management for a wide range of continuously changing Agency, Organization, and/or Directorate initiatives.
The incumbent supports the department through planning, analyzing, and evaluating the effectiveness of systems and data integration aspects of program operations.
The incumbent is responsible for the identification of gaps in system requirements affecting network adequacy and Network Support processes or initiatives, for network development and maintenance.
Utilizes procedural project management knowledge in order to gather, analyze, develop, define, document, validate, verify, and administer operational requirements for systems and data integration projects and related work efforts.
Conducts a variety of studies and analyses of issues across operating activities (e.g., healthcare administrative contract delivery and revenue operations).
Develops and/or supports the development of a variety of systems and data integration support tools through work with external entities (e.g., centralized IT staff, contracting firms, and other Federal agencies).
Leads integrated teams consisting of policy subject matter experts, contract staff, field users, and management officials in the development of operational requirements for dashboards and systems, to ensure operational requirements are gathered using various standards (e.g., Business Process Management Notation (BPMN), Unified Modeling Language (UML)) and documented in IT application software (e.g., Rational Tool Suite, Github, Rally).
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am - 4:30pm.
Compressed/Flexible: at supervisor's discretion.
