ERP Data Analyst / Data Migration – Charlotte NC We are seeking an experienced ERP Data Analyst / Data Migration Specialist to support a critical data cleanup and migration initiative involving legacy systems and a new ERP environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data validation, reconciliation, and ERP data migration, along with hands‑on exposure to SAP (Vantage environment), Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), and Adobe Workfront. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies across multiple systems to ensure accurate migration and alignment of business records. Key Responsibilities Analyze and identify data anomalies, inconsistencies, duplicate entries, and missing records across multiple systems Review and validate job‑related records to determine accurate data alignment Perform data reconciliation between legacy systems and the new ERP environment Correct, clean, re-enter, and align data within SAP (Vantage) and related systems Support ERP migration activities and ensure data integrity throughout the transition process Utilize Excel and other spreadsheet tools for data analysis, validation, and reporting Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and project stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies Maintain high levels of accuracy, consistency, and compliance during data migration activities Assist with documentation, audit tracking, and data quality improvement efforts Required Skills & Experience Experience working with Adobe Workfront Hands‑on experience with SAP (Vantage environment) Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Strong data analysis and spreadsheet skills using Microsoft Excel or similar tools Experience with data cleanup, reconciliation, and migration projects Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills Ability to work with large datasets and multiple systems simultaneously Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Preferred Skills Prior experience supporting ERP implementation or migration projects Experience working with legacy system data conversions Understanding of data governance and data quality best practices #J-18808-Ljbffr PRIMUS Global Services Inc.
