These sites support 24/7 production of highly specialized technology components used across multiple industries. The campuses include clean-room environments, engineering labs, and high-volume production lines that require a diverse, skilled workforce.
Job Summary
We are seeking Project Coordinator – Associate to join our team. You will provide critical operational, administrative, and logistical coordination for facility maintenance, high-volume inventory procurement, and on-site capital projects. This mid-level role ensures project plans stay on schedule, budgets are strictly tracked, and stakeholders receive timely updates—all while maintaining a strong workplace safety standard. Key responsibilities span Goods Receipt (GR) processing, powered material handling equipment (PMHE) fleet maintenance oversight, department app and mobile device management, and cross-functional project execution support.
Job Description
- Expense & Investment GR Coordination: Verify supporting documentation submitted for IR/GR payment processes. Communicate with buyers to resolve PO/inventory discrepancies, create accurate manual invoices in ERP systems at high volumes across multiple sites, and archive all process documentation.
- Equipment & Maintenance Oversight: Oversee department-owned Powered Material Handling Equipment (PMHE: trucks, forklifts, electric pallet jacks). Track preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, manage vendors, oversee forklift fire extinguisher inspections and propane inventory, and handle repair requests submitted via Confluence.
- On-Site Project Support: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring department projects. Help manage project budgets, track financial expenditures, ensure projects remain within resource limits, and prepare timely status reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Operational Device & App Management: Manage mobile devices, scanners, two-way radios, and specialized operational applications (Mobile NERP, RMTS, Package Tracker) used by team members, indirect contractors, and warehouse staff.
- Inventory & Site Supply Procurement: Track and order office and operational team supplies. Support Fab walk-related repairs, safety initiatives, and general equipment supply purchases.
- General Support: Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned to support department operations.
Skills Required
- Technical & Software Proficiency: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Communication & Time Management: Effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a proven ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines.
- Problem-Solving & Initiative: Ability to take a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and achieving project goals.
- Safety Awareness: Familiarity with OSHA-10 (or higher) safety standards and requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with ERP systems like SAP (or similar program exposure).
- Familiarity with Confluence or similar team collaboration platforms.
- Basic knowledge or mechanical experience with Powered Material Handling Equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, trucks)
Education/Training/Certifications
- Associate’s or college degree with a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience (Military service and technical education in a related field may substitute for the degree and experience requirements).

- Shift Schedule: 1st shift 8A-5P
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
