Guardian Tax is expanding our Chandler sales team and looking for experienced, competitive Sales Closers who know how to build rapport, handle objections, and confidently close deals.

This is a high-energy, performance-driven sales opportunity designed for professionals who are motivated by strong earning potential, competition, and career growth.

You'll work with 100% warm inbound leads from individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS issues and tax debt . There's no cold calling or prospecting . Your focus is to understand each client's situation, present the appropriate solution, overcome objections, and confidently close qualified opportunities.

• 15% commission on every closed deal

What You'll Do

• Speak with individuals actively seeking tax relief solutions
• Build trust and establish strong rapport with prospective clients
• Use consultative selling to understand each client's needs, concerns, and goals
• Clearly explain available solutions and their value
• Handle questions, concerns, and objections throughout the sales process
• Confidently close qualified opportunities
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of phone sales experience required
• Proven track record of closing sales
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Location & Schedule

Location: Chandler, AZ
Position: Full-Time, In-Office

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday shift per month
