Hefner Road.Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73162View Shop Details## Responsibilities* Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest* Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles* Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections* Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively* Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization* Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate concerns* Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** **Experienced** Master Certified L1, or Seeking an L1 Certificate* Have a **CLEAN**driving record* **Expert** Drivability/diagnostic technical* Electrical experience with **all makes and models*** **15+** **years** of PROFESSIONAL experience as an automotive technician/mechanic required* Willing to help **train/mentor** other team members* **Positive attitude** and a desire to serve guests* Capable of diagnosing and repairing **all years/makes/models** of vehicles* Meet or **exceed**hourly goals* Aptitude for learning additional **OEM Scan tool** systems* **Professional** appearance and strong communication* A desire for**long-term** career development* We want to be the place you **retire** from.## Physical Requirements* Occasionally lift and/or move over 30 pounds* Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head* Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair* Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools* Walk/stand for the majority of their workday* Drive manual transmissions vehicles* Efficiently navigate a computer## Additional InformationChristian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophy of people first.
