Regional Sales Manager

A rapidly growing organization in the Equipment Condition Monitoring Industry is seeking a technically minded, hunter-oriented Technical Sales Manager to drive new business and grow customer relationships across the Northeast United States (NY, NJ, PA). This field-based role combines technical sales, territory development, and consultative selling to help industrial customers improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, increase energy efficiency, and strengthen maintenance programs. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute territory sales strategies to generate new business, expand existing accounts, and achieve revenue targets. Prospect industrial customers and build relationships with maintenance, reliability, engineering, and operations leaders. Conduct technical discovery, onsite assessments, product demonstrations, and presentations to identify customer needs and recommend solutions. Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline development, proposals, negotiations, forecasting, and closing. Communicate the operational and financial value of reliability solutions while collaborating with internal teams to support customer success and long-term growth. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, reliability, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, or a related asset-intensive environment. Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices, rotating equipment, and industrial failure modes. Familiarity with reliability technologies such as ultrasound, vibration analysis, infrared thermography, oil analysis, or motor testing. Strong consultative selling, prospecting, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 50–75% throughout the territory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
