Job Details Job Title: Deskside Technician II Location: Overland Park, KS Job Category: Deskside Technician II Position Type: Full Time Duration: 5 months Shift: 1 Responsibilities Provide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fix Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions Troubleshoot network devices to ensure connectivity from the PC to the network Load computer images with SCCM and PowerShell scripts Troubleshoot network connectivity to ensure PC is online during the build process Demonstrate ability to follow processes, document work, track tasks/installs, and perform QA activities Explain refresh processes to end-users and assist in configuring and syncing refreshed computers Maintain high organizational ability and attention to detail Remain calm if activities do not go according to plan Demonstrate flexibility to handle a variety of activities and changes Qualifications Experience with Windows 10 Expertise with Windows 11 Demonstrated experience with non-standard software installation Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot network connectivity to ensure PC is online during the build process Strong technical and communication skills to explain concepts to end-users Ability to document work, track tasks/installs, and perform QA activities Salary Pay Range: $25.00 - $26.00 Notice This description reflects the current responsibilities and qualifications for the role.
