VP of Production

A well-established residential general contractor, founded by a Marine Corps veteran, is looking for a VP of Production to lead and expand its construction operations. This company combines military-level structure with innovative project management systems to provide high-end residential construction services. They are committed to long-term growth and the disciplined execution of projects with a focus on transparency, professionalism, and client-first service. Key Responsibilities Oversee all production and project management operations. Coordinate with architects, permit runners, and inspectors. Hire and manage project managers. Develop and maintain subcontractor relationships. Oversee scheduling, budgets, inspections, and quality control. Implement and refine SOPs for scalable growth. Support strategic expansion into new markets. Qualifications 10 or more years of experience in residential construction leadership. Experience with new construction, additions, kitchens, baths, and major renovations. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams. Strong communication and professionalism. Existing subcontractor network preferred. Experience building scalable operational systems. Pay & Benefits Full-time, W-2 Employment.
