A non-profit organization is looking to fill the 10am opening on their Service Desk Team. They're looking for a mid-level resource to provide 100% virtual support for their customers. Day-to-day breakdown: 60% is answering calls and 40% is around daily tasks, service queues, project work, and documentation.

***6am or 7am shift*** Vaccine required Manager looking for someone who has great customer service skills and who is self-sufficient since they will be the only support during the night shift.

This is a Contract position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
