Responsibilities
- Conduct research on prospects and identify potential business opportunities.
- Use sales tools to contact and convert leads into clients.
- Contact potential clients via email to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Reach out by phone to generate qualified prospects.
- Develop and implement prospect strategies and plans.
- Work with internal teams to ensure quality presentations.
- Provide solutions to boost revenue growth and profitability.
- Present and sell services to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish and maintain positive business relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in account management or client‑facing roles in the IT/Tech Industry.
- Experience in customer relationship management with closing deals.
- Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
