Director of Rehabilitation (DOR)

We are seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy team and oversee Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services.

Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) Responsibilities:

• Manage daily rehabilitation department operations.

• Supervise and support therapy staff.

• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, PDPM, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor therapy outcomes, productivity, and quality measures.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop resident care plans.

• Maintain accurate documentation and support survey readiness.

Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) Qualifications:

• Current PT, OT, or SLP license.

• Previous rehabilitation management or supervisory experience preferred.

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care experience preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
