- Coordinate component development EMT work in China, including regular communication with EU home department and network interfaces.
- Organize regular BE-Team meetings for component development in China, responsible for agenda and meeting minutes; align content with topic owners and suppliers; highlight key topics and escalation points.
- Track BE-Team status, manage LOP (List of Problems), and prepare reports for each component with clear timelines and deadlines.
- Manage component data, including CAD and drawing release according to plan, and evaluate structural and geometrical results.
- Collaborate with R&D departments, participate in design reviews, optimize solutions, and resolve technical issues during development and change management.
- Monitor preventive quality topics (Product FMEA, Lessons Learned, Risk Assessment) in alignment with M-QI within the BE-Team.
- Define and confirm validation plans with suppliers; monitor validation progress and status; resolve product issues and ensure effective measures and implementation.
- Guarantee sample delivery on time, follow up on status, and report problems with proposed solutions.
- Ensure product development and industrialization progress according to BMW requirements and project milestones.
- Prepare regular development status reports, lead solution-oriented presentations, and coordinate necessary resources with stakeholders.
- Provide on-site support at different working locations and business trips as requested (e.g., BMW E-Center, Beijing, suppliers). Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
- CAD design experience in the automotive industry is a must.
- Advanced engineering experience in automotive powertrain components; high-voltage battery experience is preferable.
- CET-4 or CET-6 or above, with fluent spoken and written English for communication.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, adaptable to fast-paced project environments.
- German language skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards and development processes (e.g., ISO, SAE) is preferred.
- Rich project experience in automotive powertrain component engineering, especially in the high-voltage battery field. 岗位职责： - 进行国内零部件开发过程中的EMT（工程管理团队）协调工作，包括与德国总部及各部门接口进行沟通。 - 定期组织国内零部件开发BE-Team会议，负责议程拟定和纪要输出；内容上提前与议题负责人及供应商对齐，会上明确重点议题和需升级决策的风险点。 - 跟踪BE-Team整体状态，维护问题清单（LOP），按各零部件整理进度报告，标明时间节点和截止期限。 - 管理零部件数据，按计划推进CAD及图纸的释放工作，并对结构和几何结果进行评估。 - 对接研发部门，参与设计评审，推动方案优化，在开发及变更过程中解决技术问题。 - 在BE-Team内部协同M-QI，跟进产品质量前期工作，包括产品FMEA、数据库和风险评估。 - 与供应商确定并确认验证计划，跟踪验证进度，处理产品层面的问题，确保整改措施落地。 - 保障样件按时交付，跟踪状态，问题及时上报并附解决方案。 - 按宝马开发要求和项目节点，确保产品开发及工业化进度达标。 - 定期整理开发进度报告，主导以解决问题为导向的汇报，与各相关方协调所需资源。 - 根据安排在不同地点提供现场支持并出差（如宝马E-Center、北京、供应商处）。 任职要求： - 机械工程、汽车工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。 - 必须具备汽车行业CAD设计经验。 - 具备汽车动力总成零部件的高级工程经验，有高压电池背景者优先。 - 英语四级及六级以上，能用英语进行日常沟通和技术交流。 - 沟通和团队协作能力强，能适应快节奏项目环境。 - 掌握德语是加分项。 - 熟悉汽车行业标准及开发流程（如ISO、SAE）者优先。 - 在汽车动力总成零部件工程方面有丰富项目经验，高压电池领域尤佳。
