The Sage Group's client, a beloved tech delivery company, is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager. About the Team Client's mission is to grow and empower local economies. By building intelligent, last-mile delivery technology for local cities, Client's Platform (CP) connects people with the local businesses they care about — helping grow businesses and the communities that support those businesses. To further this mission, we're looking for a marketer who will sit at the intersection of growth, brand and operations, to develop integrated marketing strategies for our CP members at client. The CP marketing team is focused on growing and retaining members by offering them a high value subscription that offers outsized value and access to the best of what client has to offer.

About the Role As a part of this role, you will use insights to develop consumer-first strategies to grow the paid subscriber base on CP. In this role, you will focus on reaching new customers, identifying ways to convert them to a CP membership and ultimately becoming a paid subscriber. You're excited about this opportunity because you will… Act as the lynchpin between marketing teams (Growth, Brand, CRM, Creative Studio), Strategy & Operations, Product, Finance, and Analytics to build and execute on integrated marketing strategies for CP Identify and execute on opportunities to accelerate CP subscriber growth, while establishing the role of marketing and how we can best serve the business goal Create process where process doesn't exist across key CP growth & partnership initiatives to streamline operations and foster a productive team culture Implement best practice across CP including, but not limited to, growth sprints, seasonal occasions, tentpole campaigns, and more. Set the quarterly marketing goals and KPIs, and set up reporting to track their progress in partnership with Analytics, S&O and channel teams. Drive cross-functional meetings and own end-to-end project trackers to rally key stakeholders towards a shared goal Establish reporting cadence across performance and retention campaigns, while driving action plans to grow our baseline paid subscriber balance quarter over quarter Identify gaps in consumer insights and create testing plans in partnership with Marketing Insights and Research teams Create positioning and messaging frameworks for our lifecycle audiences, and establish testing plans that optimize CP value props to drive the highest conversion rate Identify resource gaps for CP Growth and Partnerships across the marketing team, and partner with your Manager and XFN partners to fill them
