Job Title: Integrated Marketing Manager
Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
~5+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or public relations role (agency experience strongly preferred).

The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and performance of integrated marketing initiatives across multiple client accounts. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring marketing strategies are effectively executed through creative campaigns, digital marketing, public relations, media relations, content development, and event coordination. The Integrated Marketing Manager oversees project timelines, manages client relationships, develops compelling content, analyzes campaign performance, and ensures all deliverables meet quality and brand standards. This position requires a highly organized, strategic, and collaborative marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client results while driving business growth.
Lead the execution of multiple client campaigns simultaneously, directing tasks and priorities across creative, digital, and account services.
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring client goals stay at the center of every deliverable.
Plan and support client and agency events from concept through execution, including logistics, promotion, and on-site coordination.
Manage project timelines across accounts, ensuring milestones and deliverables are tracked, communicated, and met.
Develop content across channels, including copywriting, social media, email, and campaign assets, and oversee scheduling and publishing.
Analyze campaign performance and deliver reports with insights and recommendations that help clients and internal stakeholders make informed decisions.
Review deliverables for brand consistency, accuracy, and adherence to client guidelines before approval or publication.
Identify project risks, timeline conflicts, or resource gaps early and drive solutions.
