Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA - ABA Clinic

Bonus of $2,500: 1st installment is after the first billable service. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire. SUMMARY:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA will lead ABA-based clinics within a school setting. These clinics provide Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) to children aged 3-5, integrating closely with early intervention services. This full-day program aims to ensure a seamless transition between pre-school special education classrooms and the clinic setting, promoting continuous skill development. Locations: Anticipated addition of ABA clinics coming to TCHS Pennock's Bridge AND Engle Education Center in West Grove, PA Schedule: Approximately 8am - 4pm based on student enrollment

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide assessment, program design, monitoring and supervision Facilitate services to meet the individualized needs of clients by working in a cross-collaborative effort with multiple service entities Flexibility to travel into the home/community settings to conduct assessments Act as clinical leader and develop a treatment plan Will provide direct supervision to staff, monitor staff performance, provide direct clinical feedback and determine staff development needs Review clinical notes to monitor the on-going progress of clients Conduct service intakes for clients to gain a clinical understanding of their educational, behavioral, and medical needs to assist in identifying the appropriate staff and eligibility for services Coordinate resources to enhance the well-being of the child and overall family functioning Assist in problem solving when conflicts arise over behavioral paradigms in other involved systems Troubleshoot with the team when behavior interventions are seen as ineffective for the child or family

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - active Demonstrated work experience with children with ASD Experience working in a school or clinical setting with early intervention programs
