[Role & Core Responsibilities]

As a core business pioneer in the Irvine market, you will be fully responsible for High-Net-Worth (HNW) client acquisition and relationship management. This role goes beyond traditional insurance sales; it is client-centric, integrating the group's resources across three business lines—in asset management, insurance, and legal/tax & family succession to deliver holistic wealth planning solutions.

• Business Development & Revenue Generation: Leverage your existing client resources and industry network to independently conduct direct HNW client acquisition. Take ownership of and achieve established revenue targets (comprehensive insurance and wealth management business).
• Holistic Solution Delivery: Deeply understand clients' family wealth succession, risk isolation, and asset allocation needs. Collaborate with internal investment, legal/tax, and trust expert teams to customize and implement comprehensive, cross-generational wealth solutions.
• Team Building & Leadership: Act as a business leader. While developing personal business, take charge of recruiting, building, and mentoring the local sales team, gradually establishing and managing a high-quality wealth advisor team.
• Ecosystem Synergy & Collaboration: Deeply integrate into the local Chinese wealth circle and work closely with the Irvine local team to achieve resource complementarity and cross-regional business synergy.

[Qualifications]

• Background & Language: Chinese background, fully bilingual in English and Mandarin. Based in Irvine, CA (or willing to relocate), able to work closely with the US local team.
• Experience & Resources: 5+ years of HNW sales experience in local wealth management, financial institutions, or Fiduciary Service sectors (benchmarking Private Banker, Relationship Manager, or HNW Client Director roles). Must bring mature HNW client resources and possess strong business orientation and result-driven delivery capabilities.
• Professional & Integration Skills: Outstanding overall capabilities. Ability to deeply understand and integrate the comprehensive service model of "Investment + Insurance + Legal/Tax Succession." Candidates with a compound background in law, tax, or investments are highly preferred.
• Traits & Motivation: Mature, reliable, with high empathy and client service awareness. Entrepreneurial spirit, strong resilience under pressure, and a willingness to develop long-term within the platform, making time your friend.
