Senior Financial Analyst

StevenDouglas has partnered with a health company that is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst with 5–10 years of experience to join the Finance team. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with a strong command of SQL and Power BI , who thrives on transforming complex data into actionable insights to support strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Perform advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning and operational decision-making. Extract, manipulate, and analyze large data sets using SQL to uncover trends and deliver insights. Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and financial performance for business stakeholders. Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to support budgeting, forecasting, and business case development. Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner. Continuously improve financial processes, reporting tools, and systems to drive efficiency and accuracy. Lead ad hoc analysis projects related to cost optimization, pricing strategy, revenue trends, and capital investments.
