Location: 450 Stanyan Street, San Francisco, CA 94117

Start Date: 10/19/2026

End Date: 04/19/2027

Shift: Monday/Tuesday (8:00 AM5:00 PM onsite + night call), Weekends (6 hours rounding + on-call)

Hours/week: Approximately 40 hours

Employment Type: Contract (W-2)

License/Certs: BC in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry or General Psychiatry with CAP fellowship

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in child/adolescent psychiatry, including managing medications and behaviors

Hourly Rate: $273/hr

What You'll Do

• Provide expert psychiatric care to pediatric and adolescent patients
• Manage 612 patients daily, including complex cases involving diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans
• Conduct mood, behavior, and developmental assessments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and guardians to develop personalized treatment strategies
• Oversee patient care, including medication management and psychotherapy
• Participate in weekend rounding and night call duties, including admission orders when needed
• Document patient encounters and maintain compliance with all protocols

What You Need

• Active California medical license and BC in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry or General Psychiatry + CAP fellowship
• Experience with adolescent development, family systems, and managing challenging behaviors
• Strong communication skills and cultural competence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care
