Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $38.86

What You'll Do:

• Support clinical interventions utilizing evidence-based practices under supervision
• Assist in providing rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments for patients with physical functioning disorders
• Administer procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive devices
• Assess patient progress and communicate treatment updates to supervising Physical Therapist
• Document all patient interactions and treatment information accurately in electronic records
• Support patient and family counseling regarding treatment plans
• Participate in team meetings, care conferences, and required trainings
• Support and supervise students as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Adhere to professional ethics, APTA standards, and state regulations

What You Need:

Required:

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant licensure in Massachusetts
• Prior experience supporting physical therapy interventions
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Preferred:

• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
