Every person we hire at this stage helps shape how BASH actually runs.Position OverviewThe Warehouse Associate is the core of BASH's warehouse floor picking every order accurately, then packing and verifying it before it heads out the door. You're trained in both from the start, and once you've shown you've got each one down, you'll be eligible to work as a Floater, moving wherever the day needs you most. It's detail-focused work that directly determines whether a customer gets exactly what she ordered, packaged exactly the way BASH does it.Key Responsibilities Pick orders accurately using a handheld scanner and pick list Put away received inventory in its correct location Verify order contents against the pick list before packaging Pack orders to BASH's packaging and presentation standard Stage completed orders by delivery route Participate in scheduled cycle counts Immediately flag and report any missing, damaged, or mismatched product Keep your work area and packing station clean, stocked, and safe Cross-train across Picking and Packing, and take on Floater assignments once you've demonstrated bothWho Thrives at BASHYou'll probably love working here if... Real promotion moves toward Trainer, Lead, Warehouse Supervisor, or Operations Manager.
