Role Description
Als Project Lead bei L21s übernimmst du die Verantwortung für Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller IT-Beratungsprojekte. Du leitest interdisziplinäre Beraterteams, betreust unsere Kunden ganzheitlich und arbeitest dabei an zentralen Kundenproblemen mit hoher konzeptioneller Tiefe. Gleichzeitig behältst du stets die Umsetzbarkeit im Blick und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Lösungen nicht nur durchdacht, sondern auch praxistauglich sind.
- Projektverantwortung und disziplinarische Führungsaufgaben
- Förderung der fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung deiner Teammitglieder
- Strategischer Weitblick und hohe Eigenverantwortung
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Analytiker: in der Lage, komplexe Sachverhalte zu strukturieren, zu priorisieren und in umsetzbare Schritte zu überführen
- Berater: mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke und souveränem Auftreten gegenüber Kunden auf allen Ebenen
- Leader: motiviert, Teams zu führen, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und gemeinsam ambitionierte Ziele zu erreichen
- Unternehmer: interessiert daran, mit uns zu wachsen, neue Themen voranzutreiben und aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung von L21s mitzuwirken
Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in einem technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Studiengang (z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL oder Management mit IT-Schwerpunkt)
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der IT-Beratung oder in einer vergleichbaren Branche
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Projekte – idealerweise im IT- oder Digitalisierungsumfeld
- Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Teams
- Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsgeschick und die Fähigkeit, Menschen für gemeinsame Ziele zu begeistern
