Senior Director of National Health Systems Partnerships - THV

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Senior Director to build and maintain strategic partnerships with health system executives and clinical leaders. The role focuses on identifying clinical improvement opportunities, aligning internal resources, and driving adoption of transcatheter heart valve solutions across targeted accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead partnership strategy with IDN executives, service line leaders, and quality decision makers at assigned health systems
• Develop sustainable relationships to identify clinical quality improvement opportunities addressable by Edwards solutions
• Align commercial and customer resources to ensure successful solution integration and adoption
• Execute program sales strategy through collaboration with Sales and GHER leadership, including RFP management and contract negotiations
• Drive awareness of economic and clinical value of transcatheter products across key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field with 14 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 12 years of experience
• Medical device, sales management, marketing, or general management background
• Healthcare provider data management platforms and IT organization experience
• Advanced business acumen and strategic thinking with high emotional intelligence
• Expert knowledge of business planning, financial modeling, and total spend analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare-related systems
• Strong customer engagement and relationship management skills with proven negotiation abilities

Compensation: $184,000-$230,000 base
