Requirements:

Progressive experience in the field of technical sales. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Related Field. Excellent technical/engineering knowledge. Proven capabilities in direct business to business sales, relationship building, large account management, negotiation, contract development, contract management. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, organizational ability, facilitation skills, presentation skills. Good understanding of business processes and IT tools (examples include: Content Management Systems, Forecasting Systems, Data Analysis Tools)

Candidates Requirements:

This is a difficult position. Minimum education 4 year degree, above is preferred. Have to have some technical aptitude to be able to speak and sell client product line Existing job experience in industrial markets ~ 5 years Upwards of 50% travel only in territory Product knowledge familiar with client markets and product Develop sales strategies Provide forecasting This person will be interacting with departments (engineering, ops, accounting, and sales)
