Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities Develop, implement, and analyze online marketing strategies to drive website traffic, engagement, and revenue production Manage budgets and oversee campaigns across digital channels including email marketing, paid digital advertising, and SEO Support the direction of the resort’s multichannel paid digital marketing agency to achieve target KPIs Manage and execute an evolved email marketing strategy with sophisticated audience segmentation, A/B testing, and drip campaigns Assist in the development of creative promotional offers and supporting material as a member of the Revenue Strategy team Contribute to the development of the resort’s social media strategy Stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices Assist in maintaining the resort website including activity calendars, blog posts, and special offers Manage and audit ongoing SEO work to improve online visibility and increase revenue production Maintain location listings to ensure accuracy across platforms Measure, synthesize, and report on website performance, recommending optimizations based on data Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field Two to five years of experience in a digital marketing or related role Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills Creative thinker with strong communication and copywriting skills Experience with Revinate CMS (preferred) Certification in Google Analytics (preferred) Experience in a luxury hospitality setting (preferred) Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, with a strong focus on SEO, email marketing, and data analysis to drive engagement and revenue.
