Associate General Counsel: Transactions & Governance
University of Utah
The University of Utah in Salt Lake City seeks an experienced attorney to support the General Counsel office in complex transactional and governance work. You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts; advise on compliance, policy, and corporate governance matters; and provide timely legal counsel to University leadership.
