Why We Need You As a Project Manager in our Chapel Hill office, you’ll join a collaborative community where your expertise fuels innovation, your ideas drive progress, and your work helps shape a brighter future for all. In this role, you will lead rewarding projects with a hands‑on approach, develop client relationships, deliver projects according to client needs and budget, lead concept development of building systems, and guide a team of engineers from project conception through occupancy. Within this position, you will also participate in project interviews, providing high-level client service, establishing long‑term partnerships, keeping abreast of market trends, and ensuring resolution of all technical and service issues. Expertise Of Our Most Successful Project Manager 10+ years in consulting environment designing building systems or leading design projects across core design disciplines. Proven ability to lead a multi‑disciplinary engineering team through planning, design and construction for projects of all sizes. BS in Engineering or Architecture from an ABET accredited program. Recent experience in the Healthcare, Science & Technology, Higher Education, or similar market sectors performing project management for large and/or complex projects. Ability to travel to client sites where project development opportunities exist (depends on assignment). Professional registration is a plus.
