Some qualifications we are looking for in a candidate include:Self-motivation and a strong, assertive personalityDetail oriented and organizedEffective written and verbal communication skillsCustomer service or sales experience is idealAbility to multi-task and problem solveHigh time management capabilitiesIn this position, the Driver Recruiter will be responsible for:Sourcing, screening, and hiring for various positions including CDL drivers, crane operators, dock workers, and warehouse associatesApplicant screening, processing, and follow upsTracking data and completing reportsEnsuring applicants meet federal and local eligibility requirementsThis position offers a $40,000 base salary, benefits including major medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off!Along with that, there are opportunities for bonuses such as our Recruiting Incentive program where you can earn $250 for each CDL Driver hire!Our employees have company pride and push themselves to succeed.
