Vice President of Asset Management

Description Reporting to executive leadership, the Vice President, Asset Management will oversee a portfolio of income-producing assets and work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party operators to maximize value creation and operational performance. Lead the development and execution of property business plans, annual budgets, and capital investment strategies. Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular reporting, analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership. Drive initiatives to enhance revenue, improve operational efficiency, and increase asset value. Evaluate leasing strategies, capital projects, repositioning initiatives, and value-add opportunities. Partner with finance and investment teams on refinancing opportunities, debt strategy, and disposition analysis. Oversee forecasting, budgeting, financial reviews, and variance reporting across the portfolio. Lead, mentor, and develop asset management professionals while promoting a high-performance culture Profile For the Vice President, Asset Management we are seeking: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related discipline. Professional industry designation preferred. 8-10+ years of progressive asset management experience within commercial real estate or diversified property portfolios. Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis skills. Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
