Job DescriptionBlue Cross NC is hiring a Manager, Treasury Operations to oversee cash management and treasury operations for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina and its subsidiaries. In this role, you’ll manage banking relationships, collaborate with internal partners, and help strengthen efficient, cost-effective receipt and payment strategies that enhance customer experience and support treasury best practices.What You’ll DoEnsure the cash management and treasury operations functions are carried out in accordance with company policy and make recommendations for new and/or changed policy statements which, if approved, will improve operations and/or productivity.Manage and provide guidance to Treasury Analysts regarding daily funding and ensure the proper funding of all bank accounts.Support the development of cash flow projections to forecast short, intermediate and long-term cash needs. Assist Treasury Director to develop and coordinate banking relationships, negotiate competitive fee structures, manage bank accounts, evaluate and coordinate implementation of any new bank services as needed.Manage the company’s liquidity portfolio (including bank deposits, money market funds, and other short-term investments) to maximize return while maintaining sufficient liquidity.
