Position Overview:

Job Type: Full-Time
Shifts Available: Evening and Night shifts
Location: Indiana (details provided upon inquiry)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct laboratory tests in areas such as hematology , chemistry , microbiology , blood bank , and more.
Analyze and interpret test results to assist in diagnosis and treatment.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring test accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams to deliver timely, precise results.
Follow strict safety and quality control standards.
Stay current on best practices and advancements in the field of laboratory science.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field.
Certification: ASCP certification as MT (ASCP) or MLS (ASCP) .
Prior experience with laboratory information systems (LIS) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex testing procedures.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
