Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Maintain high standards of food quality and guest service
• Manage restaurant staff and ensure quality of service
• Handle complaint resolution and ensure guest satisfaction
• Manage costs and ensure profitability of the restaurant

Required Skills:

• Restaurant management experience
• Food and beverage management knowledge
• Strong decision-making skills
• Experience with cost management
• Ability to lead and motivate a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• ServSafe Certified
• Experience with food safety and sanitation
• Knowledge of retail operations
• Accounting experience
• Experience with interviewing and hiring

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $40,000.00

Maximum Salary: $50,000.00
