Key Responsibilities for the Director of Finance & Administration:

Lead finance, accounting, HR, payroll, benefits, insurance, and risk management functions
Develop monthly financial and operational reporting packages for Ownership and Leadership
Build KPI dashboards and sales performance analytics to support compensation and growth initiatives
Lead evaluation and implementation of a modern HR/Payroll platform and next-gen ERP/CRM systems
Oversee accounting and reporting for affiliated real estate and development entities
Manage corporate compliance, tax coordination, and relationships with outside advisors

Qualifications for the Director of Finance & Administration:

Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within a privately held or family-owned company
Track record of building financial reporting, KPI, and business systems infrastructure
Experience with ERP/CRM evaluation and implementation
Strong discretion and judgment handling confidential financial and ownership information
