We are currently seeking responsible and trustworthy individuals for the part‑time role of Medical Chart Retrieval Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to visit various medical provider offices to efficiently retrieve medical records. Your excellent customer service skills and ability to troubleshoot will be essential as you work independently to ensure timely and accurate retrievals. Key Job Details Drive up to 100 miles daily. Hybrid work environment (home office and field). Additional compensation: mileage reimbursement and per chart incentives. Weekly hours: average 20-28 hours. Cross‑training opportunities available. Availability required: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Responsibilities Visit provider offices to scan or upload medical record charts using EMR systems and company‑provided equipment. Engage professionally with healthcare providers while maintaining communication with your remote team and providing daily updates. Manage and track your weekly schedule, confirming appointments and arriving prepared. Utilize our system to confirm and retrieve correct charts, and troubleshoot any technical issues as they arise. Complete end‑of‑day activities, including logging work hours and mileage. Adhere to HIPAA compliance and the Company's Code of Conduct while maintaining high levels of professionalism. Cross‑train in multiple departments as needed. If desired, engage in travel opportunities to different geographic areas for assignments. What You Bring High School Diploma or equivalent. Availability for at least three consecutive days a week between 8 am - 5 pm. Reliable, insured personal vehicle with a valid driver's license in good standing. Basic computer skills including ability to scan, save, and upload documents. Proven reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow directions. Strong troubleshooting and independent work abilities. Professional attire and demeanor at all times. Positive attitude and eagerness to participate in training programs. Additional Information This part‑time role may see fluctuating weekly hours based on demand. Competitive mileage reimbursement offered for travel to locations. Paid training will be provided to ensure your success. Over 90% of the role is indoors with exposure to minimal distractions. The nature of the work requires physical capabilities, including the ability to lift equipment as necessary. Your health and safety are important to us. Many clients require health screenings and proof of vaccinations. Exemptions for these requirements will be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis.
