Quality Control InspectorIn this role, you have the opportunity to help ensure the quality of our products meets the requirements of the aerospace industry.Job Responsibilities:Performing inspection of product/subassemblies to requirements as specified in documentation during incoming, in-process, and final inspectionPerforming inspection of PCBA, fabricated mechanical parts, and cables, including but not limited to visual and dimensional inspectionPerforming inspection of purged product as requestedEntering inspection results into the manufacturing execution systemGenerating non-conforming material records in our Manufacturing Execution SystemAssisting with first article inspections to support component/part qualificationReading and interpreting standard specifications and part printsPerforming other miscellaneous duties as assignedComplying with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulationsMonitoring critical equipment and instrumentationFollowing and enforcing FOD, ESD, and Calibration protocolsCommunicating quality-related issues and escalating problems for resolution as neededPerforming a variety of Quality Assurance related tasks in support of engineering and operationsSubmitting source request and hosting source InspectorsRequired Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentTypically requires 2+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Quality Control environment as an inspectorMust be detail-oriented, have good organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to work under a microscope for long periods of timeMust be able to work OT as neededKnowledge of IPC-A-610 industry standardsBasic knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and OutlookPreferred Qualifications:Basic knowledge of PCBA inspection standards; IPC-A-610 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Familiarity with cable inspection practices; IPC-A-620 knowledge a plusExperience working in an ISO-9001 and/or AS9100 Quality System environment preferredThis position requires you to access information that is subject to U.S. export regulations.
