Recruiter - Field

Responsibilities Manage the full cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, ATS management, offer negotiation, and initiation of background checks. Develop passive candidate pipelines and build talent communities using recruiting platforms and social media. Build influential relationships with field leadership, including Director of Area Operations, District Managers, and Field HR partners. Attend weekly meetings to prioritize staffing needs and align execution. Research and evaluate new, cost‑effective sourcing strategies and tactics. Support assigned market with hiring events/job fairs as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. 0–2 years of related recruiting experience. Ability to develop strong strategic partnerships with leadership teams. Relationship building internally and externally with strong networking skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Results‑oriented with strong organizing and planning skills. Knowledge of current Federal and State employment legislation. Strong business acumen. Expected Work Location Primarily performed at the Wendy’s Restaurant Support Center (RSC) 1 Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017, or at other designated locations. At least four days a week must be worked in the office.
