We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping move hiring processes forward in a fast-paced environment.Position OverviewAs a Recruiter at JSET, you'll support day-to-day hiring efforts across a variety of positions, including field, technical, operational, and office-based roles.This role focuses heavily on candidate outreach, phone screening, interview coordination, hiring manager support, recruiting administration, and onboarding coordination.Success in this position comes from staying organized, communicating effectively, following through on commitments, and helping move candidates efficiently through the hiring process.While previous recruiting experience is valuable, we're primarily looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, adaptable, and excited to grow within a recruiting career.This role is best suited for someone who enjoys recruiting execution, candidate interaction, and process coordination. While there are opportunities for professional growth, this position is not a people-management role and is focused on hands-on recruiting support and hiring execution.Key ResponsibilitiesReview applications and conduct initial candidate outreachComplete phone screens and candidate qualification conversationsCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managersMaintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATSProvide timely updates and communication to candidates throughout the hiring processSupport hiring managers by coordinating schedules, gathering feedback, and maintaining recruiting visibilityAssist with offer preparation and pre-employment activitiesSupport onboarding coordination and new hire handoff processesMaintain recruiting trackers, reports, and documentationParticipate in career fairs, hiring events, and recruiting initiatives as neededDeliver a professional and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruiting processSupport overall recruiting operations while helping ensure open positions are filled efficiently and professionallyWhat We're Looking For1–3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, coordination, administration, or another people-focused roleStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent organization and attention to detailComfortable conducting phone screens and speaking with candidates throughout the dayAbility to manage multiple priorities and stay organized during periods of high hiring volumeStrong follow-through and responsivenessProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and WordAbility to work full-time in our Columbus officePositive attitude and willingness to learnNice to HavePrevious recruiting or staffing experienceExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)Experience supporting construction, skilled trades, manufacturing, automation, or technical hiringExperience coordinating interviews, onboarding activities, or hiring eventsBilingual (English/Spanish)Why Join JSET?This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.At JSET, you'll work directly with experienced recruiting and HR leaders, gain exposure to a wide variety of positions across the organization, and play an important role in helping us attract and hire great people.You'll be part of a growing company where your work has a visible impact, your ideas are welcomed, and your development is supported.Equal Employment OpportunityJSET Automated Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
