Stewarding Supervisor

The Stewarding Supervisor is primarily responsible for coordinating and maintaining the cleanliness and proper inventory of all hotel china, silverware and cookware. This person must have good communication with Culinary and F&B. Management skills, ability to understand and effectively execute event orders for banquet functions are also part of the daily role. Full medical benefits at 30 days of employment 401K with company match Employee Stock Purchase plan Paid vacation, holidays, sick days, and extended sick leave New child leave, paid family bonding time, and adoption assistance Tuition reimbursement Free access to Headspace - meditation, recuperation, and rejuvenation Work‑life balance Key Responsibilities Delegate daily tasks to Stewards and Food Leads to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of duties Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail in all stewarding functions Oversee cleanliness standards for all back‑of‑house areas, equipment, and storage spaces Ensure proper labeling, handling, and usage of cleaning chemicals Perform scheduling for the stewarding team, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and events Complete payroll edits and timecard reviews accurately and on time Utilize hotel systems such as HotSOS, Envision, and other property applications to manage tasks, work orders, and communication Support banquet operations by understanding and executing event orders Maintain inventory levels of equipment and supplies, reporting shortages or maintenance needs Train, coach, and support team members to uphold hotel standards and safety procedures Collaborate closely with Culinary and F&B leadership to ensure seamless service execution Qualifications Must be able to work any days of the week, including weekends and holidays Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Knowledge of computer systems (Word, Excel, Email) Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as the ability to lift, push and pull a moderate amount of weight All qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
