We are seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead our front office operations and support the overall success of our practice. In this role, you will oversee the daily administrative functions of the office, lead and develop our team, support the clinical staff, and ensure every patient receives exceptional service from their first interaction through checkout.

$65,000 - $70,000

• Oversee daily operations of the dental office
• Lead, coach, and support front office team members
• Manage patient scheduling to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Monitor office production, collections, and key performance indicators
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with treatment plan financing
• Ensure accurate billing, claims submission, and collections
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and office policies
• Resolve patient concerns professionally and promptly
• Recruit, onboard, and train administrative team members
• Coordinate team meetings and promote a positive workplace culture
• Work closely with the dentist(s) to achieve practice goals

• Minimum of 3 years of dental office management experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and treatment coordination
• Experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing practice production and financial reporting
• Knowledge of scheduling optimization and case acceptance strategies
• Familiarity with marketing and patient retention initiatives
