What You'll Be Doing Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently Collaborate with team members to support continuous plant operations Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections What Are We Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Commitment to safety and following established procedures Capable of working independently and in a team environment Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check Must meet all company and regulatory safety requirements Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
