Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Decatur, GA. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while working in a hospital setting. This assignment offers the opportunity to deliver patient-centered care and gain experience in an acute care environment.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active Georgia Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience in acute care or hospital settings preferred.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate, plan, and implement occupational therapy interventions for adults and medically complex patients preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
Experience with ADL retraining, splinting, and discharge planning preferred.

Assignment Details

Shift Hours: AM 8.
Work Pattern: 5 shifts per week.
May be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
